After taking a hard look at the codebase, we decided to do an almost complete rewrite. Not an easy call, but the right one if we want production-grade quality.
We’ve restructured the team, parting ways with 5 devs and bringing in specialists who really know their stuff: privacy systems, zkSNARKs, Substrate, and mobile development. 
We’re building on proven privacy blockchain frameworks while keeping what makes Chameleon special: MEV protection, mobile-first experience, and community governance.
